Fort Lauderdale Vacation Rentals

From the moment we arrived, we were excited with the location and the beautiful view. Both the patio and the master bedroom, balcony are located with views to the Canal. The layout of the house was very functional and happy to be in the corner unit. Great privacy and accessibility. We will definitely try to visit again and hopefully be able to stay here. Host was extremely gracious to allow us to extend our stay great communication and very clean home. Thank you for everything.

Went for a long weekend to enjoy the water and sun. The weather was lovely and we were able to enjoy it while relaxing on the deck. Loved having the grocery store close by to be able to cook at night. This place was exactly as advertised which met everything we were looking for in a vacation spot

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out, and the space had everything I needed for a smooth, stress-free stay. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. The location was also a plus — convenient and easy to get around, whether you’re in town for a short visit or staying a bit longer. Overall, this was a solid stay and a great value. First off, Aixa was such an accommodating host! I brought my own kitchen utensils just in case the Airbnb didn’t have the correct cooking tools I needed but it was all supplied. I was in awe of the fact she even had parchment paper and zip loc bags stocked. Most airbnbs supply the bare minimum a couple pots and pans and maybe a spatula but she had everything we needed! Little shampoo and conditioner containers supplies. I was in LOVE with the bathroom mirrors big and bright AND the water pressure made the shower feel like a SPA. Comfy beds. Clean sheets. We had 4 people total and it was comfortable for us. We loved the double patio and watching the sun set behind the boats. Loved having the convenient washer and dryer. My dad is already talking about coming back soon. Thank you Aixa for much for hosting!

This townhouse is in one of the most beautiful areas of Fort Lauderdale, nestled among multi-million dollar homes and directly on the water. The home is a bit dated but functional, spacious with lots of windows and has all the basics. The deck that overlooks the water is also spacious and includes a couple of Adirondack chairs and side tables to relax and watch the boats glide by. There is parking for two cars in the deep driveway. Having use of the washer/dryer allowed us to pack less clothes. Although the property was “cleaned”, it would benefit from more attention to detail in the cleaning process. The windows could also be cleaned from time to time to maximize the views; especially from the large sliding glass door that showcase the fantastic views of the water. The location and setting of this property is the star feature and is a great option for your next visit to the area.

Very nice place, easy to get in, private parking, and backyard views of all the yachts were amazing. Only critique would be the stairs to go up and down seemed a bit wobbly and dangerous when coming down. Had to reach out to her bc someone from our party was very sensitive to the plugin smells but she followed up very quickly to make sure we were good!

This Airbnb was absolutely incredible—truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The space felt so warm and inviting, like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, from the cozy furnishings to the little touches that made the stay extra comfortable.

Aixa was very responsive with great communication. The beds were very comfortable and the place was tidy. The home is close to the Galleria mall and great coffee shops and restaurants.

Very clean and right on the canal! Would definitely stay again. The only consideration is the staircase is quite narrow and can be challenging for some to get up and down.

Aixa home was truely great. It accommodated me, my finance, and 3 teenage boys well. Located in a very nice area and not far from the beach with plenty of things to do. I would definitely book again.

We stayed 4 nights. Great location and spacious condo on the canal that is comfortable for 2-4. We enjoyed sitting on the deck til the Sun got strong. An outdoor umbrella would be great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was easy. We went to the beach nearby and brought their beach chairs which was convenient.

Great place and amazing host. Place was very clean but the cleaning staff could give an extra mop and check some of the harder to reach areas. However I highly recommend the place.

Beautiful home away from home

The accommodation offers every comfort needed for a relaxing stay in Fort Lauderdale. It's located directly on the water, with a south-facing terrace. The property is very well-maintained, and the owner provides excellent service. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely book this accommodation again on our next trip to Florida. The kitchen, bathrooms, and other rooms are fully equipped and leave nothing to be desired. Chairs are provided for relaxing on the beach. Everything is very spacious, and the surrounding area is upscale and quiet.

Comfortable, bright and clean. Aixa was very responsive to an issue with television reception. Television operation was a bit difficult using the internet. Suggest to add clothing hooks for jackets/sweaters and hats on first floor. Rear patio is shared having limited privacy. Adding planters would help. Great washer and dryer. Additional smaller knives and utensils. Enjoyed location which overlooks the boats and yachts in the marina.

We were here for 6 weeks and totally enjoyed our stay. The owner, Aixa, was very friendly and accommodating. The house is right on a canal with a very large outside setting area which made for very peaceful & enjoyable evenings. The master bedroom has a private balcony on the second floor which was particularly nice to view boats going up and down the canal. Parking was very easy . The house itself showed a bit of wear but nothing major and it’s clear the owner is taking steps to further upgrade. The location was absolutely fantastic….close to everything. This was the 5th year we have rented a place in Fort Lauderdale and this house was by far the best Highly Recommend!!

This place has a very nice location with a great view. If you do not mind, having scents of mold, as this is an old building that you will enjoy your stay. Personally, I found that there was some mold odor that gave me headaches and I was feeling nauseous but our last day there. Some people are not affected by that, but I do believe that may be in the ducting as it mainly felt that way when we turn the AC on. I appreciate her tentativeness, and also the place was very clean, however, it did feel fairly old school and I wouldn’t liked if the outside furniture was not so unsupportive in the back or a little bit more laid-back as it was very uncomfortable.

My stay at l Aixa's Cozy Retreat was amazing, I was thoroughly pleased. My check-in process was clear cut and every aspect from booking to check out was seemless. The property was clean and comfortable and contained everything required for an extended stay. The area is quiet, safe, and very neighborly, which added to the level of comfort I experienced during my stay. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive, and I mean everything. There is park that is a short walk from the property. The park has everythhing from basketball and tennis courts to a boat ramp with access to the intercoastal waterway. I could talk about so much more like being right on the water and watching boats transit the canal from the deck Lastly, you can't ask for a more responsive and attentive host. And though I didnt experience any issues, Im sure any concern would be addressed immediately by Aixa. I look forward to staying again in the future.

My teenage daughter and I booked this location for a 4 night get away to attend an event at the convention center. Checkin was easy and our host responded immediately to my questions- every. single. time. We were within minutes of the Brightline station, convention center, and shopping/restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet and we loved watching the boats right outside the semi private patio/dock. Beds were so comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The steep spiral staircase is intriguing and pretty but it is absolutely no joke if you have any hint of mobility issues or small children so keep that in mind when booking. An overall incredibly relaxing and beautiful stay full of memories . Would definitely book here again! thank you!!!
